They are *********** ineffective and damn right inefficient, this is the 3rd time Im experiencing bad service , first order came after 3 hours even after call their contact centres, 2nd order they ddint deliver all my orders n ddnt minus what was not delivered n I changed stores hoping for better service from Janulani mall to the one in Protea Point but today the driver was in the wrong area n kept saying his outside n returned with our goods. I tried ti call him no answer n called the contact centre number *** and useless to this point the promised to call me back n never did because she said the system is slow.... I needed the food as we have no bread and milk witch is included n now they are going to refund us within 3-7 working days which is not viable for me to get another order... Please assist me in this
