There are helpful people after all.....

<p>So I had a problem on Saturday, that Shoprite lost my items that were at the parcel counter (which I bought from PnP Alexandra). My till slip for the purchase were in the packets that were lost & shoprite advised that they could not assist me without the proof of purchase. I had to go back to PnP to request a slip reprint. The line supervisers for PnP were very helpful. I was assisted by Thomas, Lungiswa, Prince & 2 others (cant remember their names...sorry). Thank you very much for being so helpful. I really appreciate it. I got my slip reprint, and hopefully I will have my problem resolved. Thank you very much.....</p>
