****ING PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THE DRIVER, SO CALLED MANAGER AND THE CALL CENTER AGENT.

I placed an order at 10:00am. At 10:48am it says driver arrived, Went outside immediately and he wasn't there. The driver decided to wait at the stop sign and not call. I sent my husband to go check if its him, when he got there he says he already cancelled the order. Requested to speak to the manager and he said he doesn't speak to any clients. The manager's name is Themba Mthiyani. The store is from PNP Chuma mall in Diepsloot. The call center agent that told me I cant speak to her manager is Busiswa placed me on hold for 20 minutes. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT AND I WANT TO BE INCLUDED IN EVERYTHING. MY KIDS SHOULDNT EAT FOR 7 DAYS? BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCY?
