Their new ASAP app is not functioning well

Their new ASAP app is not functioning well. It took more money from my account and when supposed to return, you don't get it back if you are not paying straight from your account but out of a different one. I use a virtual card to do all my payments. Money can't be reversed into that type of card. I feel they should have done their homework and made sure they are covered in all cases. The old app they money stayed in my ASAP wallet. Not with the new app. So the new app gets 0 stars from me.
