Theft to increase profits

I went to PnP Fourways Mall just before ten o'clock on 26 Dec 2020 and made a small purchase whilst I paid a municipal account. When I got home I checked my till slip to make certain that the municipal account number was correct only to discover that PnP had scanned sweets which I did not purchase. There was nobody ahead or behind me at the till so I view this as blatant theft from the supermarket and not just an error. PnP's "Scan Right" policy is an absolute farce as I never placed the sweets on the checkout belt nor did I take sweets when I left, so how in heavens name were they scanned as my purchase???
