Theft from a Pensioner

<p>I am a pensioner and i work from home to make much needed extra money! I have 3 sewing machines that i use to make various items on request and each machine needs to be serviced on regualr basis. I have been using Emnic via Pick n Pay in East Rand Mall, for years and have never had issues. On the 23rd February 2016 i took my Bernina 1120 in for a service with its Bobin casing as i know you cannot test the machine without its Bobin casing. When i recieved my machine back on the 13th of March 2016 and upon arrival at home i set my machine up only to relaise the Bobin casing was no longer in the machine. I called Emnic and spoke to the owner Emmerentia and i was told by her that the machine was given in without the Bobin casing. I reported this incident to Ricky Muir and he said that he would investigate the matter and get back to me. He called me back and told me that no one had taken the Bobin casing according to him but he would call me back. I have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of him but he just puts the phone down and doesnt return my calls if i leave a message. I have had to in the meantime had to replace the Bobin casing as i have to carry on working to earn my bread and butter. I have had to spend R677.00. I am highly dissapointed in the lack of empathy from the manager of Pick n Pay East Rand Mall.</p>
