Theft by RCS and PnP
Pick n Pay and RCS do not reverse the reserve amounts when paying with PNP account. Noted this when an order placed had a glitch and didn't get processed. It's been a month and that amount as well as all reserved amounts have not been reversed and returned to the account. No one bothers to respond to emails.
Contact me via email only so I have traceability on this issue.

27 Aug 2021, 12:32Nothing done. No response to problems or reports received. No support. Just another ticket number when I already have. Ongoing since the 5th August. Would really like my money back now please.
