Theft by pick'n pay drivers
Their online (ASAP bottles) services is useless. The app indicated that the driver delivered at certain time but 3hours after that time there is no delivery. The driver has disappeared with my stock and is not picking up his phone. This is utter ******* and nonsense because that means pick'n pay doesn't train their drivers on good customer services and it means they don't even vet their drivers. If they have correct measures to identify drivers that are ethical this wouldn't have happened. This is really unacceptable because my food now is going to be picking up germs as the this ******* driver is driving around with it, especially in this time of covid. Pick'n pay needs to be held accountable because if they educate drivers on acceptable conduct, this will not be happening. The driver's name is Bashimbe Josue Aganze. I don't ever want my order to be delivered by him again.
