Theft by pick n pay clothing online

Worst customer service ever. Choosing to ignore my emails now. Pnp clothing short delivered my items and are refusing to refund me my money. Been over a month now since placing the order. After receiving excuse after excuse from them they now choose to ignore me and keep my money.
