Theft at Pick 'n Clothing at Campus Square

I hope this email finds you well, I am really saddened by the way staff of one of your stores in Johannesburg handled an Incident on Thursday 26 October 2023 , my phone had been ****** from me , upon shouting that it had been ******, in which I also had told a staff member who is if I am not mistaken the supervisor , her response was that she is busy with something and also has no excess to the CCTV footage and that I would have to wait till a nightshift supervisor comes in to assist , in which I did However, I noticed that there was no security at the door to close the door as the alleged suspect was still in the Store

I do however believe had the staff at your PNP Clothing at Campus Square acted swiftly and prompt the suspect/suspects would have been apprehended, I do request that Pick 'n Pay look in at ways of more secure methods in protecting us as consumers as I have mentioned to the nightshift supervisor I too was a former PNP staff member and we would by all means try and assist customers , in the past where by once a incident occurs the doors close in order to find culprits I am utterly saddened by the way a staff member could treat a situation so lightly, I have also done some checks and seen majority of the Pick'n Pay stores has a high trend of instore theft which also leads me believe that staff may also be involved with such syndicates operating within Pick 'n Pay stores
