Theft

My bicycle was ****** from the entrance of Pick n Pay at Doringkloof Mall. It did not take even 30sec for the bicycle to be ******. I went into the store and turned back my bicycle was gone, i then asked the security guard at the door and he told me he didn't see anything. I then proceeded to other security guards but they were reluctant to help me, untli 1 security guard offered to assist me but by then it was long gone. I was told to go open a case of theft and get a case number so that i am able to view footage and of which i did but that did not help as i have not recovered my bicycle.
