Theft

My daughter is currently studying at NMU and staying is summerstrand, on saturday the 22/03/2025 she went to Pick n Pay walmer park to do some of her groceries, 1st she was not aware that the store closes at 17:00 she and other students got at the store by 04:40pm, in the mist of doing their shopping they were rudely rushed to finish their shopping as they were reminded that the store is closing at 5pm, on her grocery she bought the Jacobs Coffee that the packer took to remove the tag when she had paid it, they never packed the coffee, due to the rush she noticed when she got back at res and unpacking, she called on sunday and she was rudely told to come to the store for investigation mind you from Summerstand where she stays to Walmer store Uber is R110 just a single trip, i called today to try and find out what can be done as this was not her fault, there was someone responsible for packing her stuff at the store she wasnt doing it on her own i spoke to Ziyanda who decided to hang up the phone on my ear and i have tried 5 times to call again now the phone rings unanswered this is not the 1st time my daughter gets such treatment at this store, the people working there especially ladies because she has dealt with ladies always very rude and belittle , does this mean i have given Pick nPay my R170 because i cannot afford to take out R220 just for transport for negligents and rudeness that she faced at the store, i have the slip and i can provide what ever information they need to "investigate"because i dont know why we would take our time and lie if she did get that coffee, i want my money or the coffee that we paid for....the lack of service is really appalling as they cant even pretend even on the phone.
