the worst services received from Pick and Pay bakery -PICK 'N PAY FAMILY STORE - SANDRIDGE MALL
<p>I been to Pick N pay San ridge square on Friday, 19th May to buy cakes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I brought cakes over R120 not knowing that all of them are hard as rock and stale .</p> <p> </p> <p>When I arrived home I realised these cake cannot been eaten. I am very upset with lady over counter that severed did not have decants to inform that we cannot sell them as they are stale.</p> <p> </p> <p>That is real nasty and cheap of the assistance how can Pick n pay have staff that cannot be honest with customer’s</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusting service</p>

Good Day Anwar. I so upset with disgusting service received and quality of your bakery. The store manager calls me tell me he is aware of cheap stale cakes that are been sold to customers and I am not the only one that complained. Being the manager of store if you are aware of products in your store not up to standard do something about it don’t waste the customers money and robbing them by selling stale cakes to them - pick n pay at sand ridge.
