The worst service from Pick N Pay Soshanguve Crossing and ASAP

Just need to let you know that Pick n Pay Soshanguve crossing has the most horrible service when it comes to delivery

Maybe they should not have offered the ASAP functionality if they don't have the resources

We placed an order this morning just around 10:00, we were given an ETA of between 12:00 and 12:30

It is almost 15:00, soon the store closes and yet our order has not arrived.

All we have on status is waiting on a driver? Honestly can they way for a driver for 3hrs? Worst your app doesn't have an option to cancel the order, otherwise we would cancel cause this is horrible. We are held hostage in a house because of a delivery, we can't move or do anything outside the house just in case they deliver? Who knows they might even cancel like they did the last time and only deliver the following day.

It is now 16:00, calling their ASAP customer care proved to be useless, one moment someone is cancelling the order, phone gets disconnected I call again now I'm told the other cannot be cancelled? How when the 2 agents I spoke to said they could cancel? This is horrible service
