The worst service ever

I ordered groceries on the bottles app on monday. I only received my order yesterday, with somenitems missing and replacements I didnt request. I also have not recived my refund. I have been trying to get them to attend to my query with no luck. I don't know what to do anymore. I am disappointed in this appalling service. I would not recommend it. Ibjust want my money back so I can delete this horrible app from my life
