The worst Pick n Pay by far

Due to an emergency I needed to get something very urgent from PNP and walked up to the door 19:55. I do understand that they are closing at 8 however I'm not doing grocery shopping. I need one item and I get refused. I work 16hrs a day. I don't work shifts. I know we all wanna get home but this is pathetic. The worst part is that this is not the first time I get bad service here. The cashiers are always in some personal conversation across from each other when there is a que of 10 or more customers at each till. They are unhelpful and make the customers feel like they are bothering them. There is only one lady whom I think is the customer service manager who actually tries to help the customers. If it wasn't that PNP was walking distance from my work place I wouldn't use them. In fact I prefer using Woolworths where possible as they know what's service. Maybe you should send some of your people there for training or PNP in Elspark. Otherwise I believe you should rather close down. This type of service gives the entire brand a bad name. To think I worked for PNP years ago and was proud of it...now I won't mention it.
