The worst grocery delivery app - Deleted it!

BOTTLES APP/ ASAP! They have failed me on Service, Items delivered and Delivery.

I've ordered Items and had to cancel because the delivery time took 8 hours, and I had to leave the delivery area. Ordered items are often missing and the app gets buggy when picking alternatives.

Driver stole a case of wine I ordered...Pick n Pay took absolutely no responsibility, and had the audacity to still send this driver to my house - their refund took 3 weeks (I'm guessing the driver had to work it back).
