The Worst experience I got Yesterday ????????????????
Hello my name is Gibraltar Yesterday I went to use my Wuhu uniliver coupons
I took the products I wanted to use my coupons on to my suprice @ Family Pick n Pay they didn't have a clue of what I was talking about they even accuse d and said they dont know as these might be forged coupons it happens that's what they claimed i was so angry they been sending me from pillar to post someone they claimed was the manager had no clue of what I was talking about and also a Merchandise lady from uniliver admitted that they know these coupons but unfortunately she doesn't know how to do it they tried in their till to punch my coupon no because they didn't know what they were doing it rejected my no
The cashier who was on the till that time as they changed tills her name was Nomvula Masombuka
The name of the Shop is Family Pick n Pay @ Emalahleni Pluma street I am so angry I spend 40+ minutes and when I requested to use the phone yo call uniliver they said they only have one phone in the whole shop and I said I will wait they went AWOL on me
Please fix this and train your stuff to know about these products as to my suprice I then drove to Pick n Pay @ highveld mall i was helped without hussels so what's wrong with Family pick n pay @ pluma street??, And please give me a direct line so I call if I experience this next time I so hope i wont

I will change my review and my score to 9 one thing I loved from that manager he was willing to learn and even said I can come to the store so they try and see If these coupons can they use they that was before he found out that only coporate ones uses such coupons and not then as he said I qoute we all learn from each other I loved that truly we all learn from each other
