The worst experience at Pick n' Pay Meadow Point

The worst customer service just because I wanted to use my RCS card. By the way I used the same card yesterday evening with no hassle. I was served by a cashier by the name Shelley who wasn't sure how to handle my query and asked whom I believe is her supervisor Kgomotso to assist. Kgomotso told me to go look for Mavis so that she could verify my account. I believe the cashier could have paged Mavis or something but anyway I did go look for her and did not find her as she was on tea break. Kgomotso then asked Sinah to help but Sinah was busy with something else and claimed not to know where their phone was. I was asked to use my phone of which had no data or airtime or else wait until they can help me. I ended up using my banking app to load airtime so I could prove to them that I actually do have credit. Surprisingly enough the 2 had no idea how the app works and I had to show them even the message. When I offered to show them my smses earlier on I was told they don't use SMS for confirmation. At the end of it feeling that my time had been wasted at this shop I requested to speak to the manager but apparently there was no manager in the store. I was not impressed at all by the fact that I am the customer but I had to run around just to buy whereas the people who were rendering me the service made me feel less of a customer and making me feel that they were doing me a favour with their "I don't care attitude". Can I ask that whoever is responsible for training at Pick n' Pay Meadow Point in Soweto makes sure that the staff is up to date with handling queries and that the supervisor also know their story because all I got at the end of it was a lousy "sorry but this is how we deal with RCS card queries we always check first".
