The worst

While I was placing an order on the picknpay website, money was deducted but I never received an order number, I made calls and they did check in their system that indeed a transaction did go through so they did a void and told me I would receive my money in 30 minutes or 1 hours, it's been six working days and I still haven't received my refund.
