The worst delivery service & bad customer service

Pick ‘n Pay ASAP is the worst, I placed an order yesterday at 4pm the eta for my order was 5-6 and it didn’t arrive, I called to them know that my order is delayed and they said they are working on it. They decided to refund me at 8pm at night and guess what ?? Refunds take 3-5 days to reflect and I need my Groceries. I called this morning and the offered me a voucher, the voucher code I was given doesn’t even work, I have to keep calling for feedback. Honestly this is so frustrating, I’ve been calling them since 8am and now it’s 4pm and I haven’t received any assistance I just get told that I’ll be receiving an email or a call and nothing. Pick ‘n Pay ASAP is the worst !!!! Never using it again
