The worst customer serving I’ve ever received in my entire life of retail stores

This is the second after few years ago I complain about the attitude of the managers of this store, Christy and his assistant…this time I bought a kettle last year which I had to return 2 consecutive times and I was rightfully assisted, this time around for the 3rd when I return the kettle which started giving me a problem 3mnths ago they tell me about the supplier. And that I have to leave the kettle and wait for the supplier to reply on weather they should give me a new kettle or not, as if it’s my problem that this kettle decided not to work in less that 6months.

What hate mostly is the fact that for 2 previous times they were able to change this kettle that I had to return with the same problem this time around they have to call the supplier, and the attitude of this managers is out of this world. The very same Christy I went to a point of remind him of how I had to complain about him before and that he should not push me to it again…guess what, he said yes it’s okay I don’t care you can do it…mind you I was already ****ed by the first guy who seems like his assistant.

I’m not proud that I was angry to a point of saying mean words because of their attitude in a full store of customers with a lot of people who knows like that.

This guys just brought out the worst personality out of me, I hate their stinking attitude
