The worst customer service. 2 weeks waiting on delivery

Never order appliances online, i ordered a freezer and on delivery it was damaged and they said they will replace on collection, I've been waiting for 2weeks, no definite answers from customer service, I lost meat worth R1500, no one cares. I am disgusted with this service, no one won't respond to me getting my money back..
