The worst customer experience I've received. Setting the bar at a new all-time low.

Looking at their 1.5-star average I was surprised. No way they consistently deliver service at that level. I placed an order on Monday, 28 November and I ended up receiving someone else's order.

After 10 phone calls and multiple hours of time wasted, their agents give me the run-around, fail to follow up, or send a confirmation of a ticket being opened. Requests to speak to a manager were promptly denied. The folks manning the ASAP support line are the most unimpressionable, ********, and poorly trained people I've ever encountered in the customer service industry. I won't be buying through them again.
