THE WORST!!!!!

My colleagues and I shop at Pick n Pay everyday as it's close to our work place. Now this is the PnP in Strand Stree Cape Town. I went to get a cheese sub, and I wanted it to be toasted. The lady explains I need to go pay for it first and then come back, only then will she be able to toasted it - no problem, I go I come back she toasts it. My friend starts to speak in a very upset tone. I ask what's going on. Did the lady who was serving her 1st attended to someone who was behind her and the second friend. The lady who was serving them was a colored lady, the person who was standing behind then was colored too. When they askee her about it, she rudely dished up for them, didn't wrapped their take away, and threw their chicken quarters and chips over the counter. As a result Shane's chips feel out, he then asked what he is suppose to do with an unwrapped take away, and his chips feel out. Now the counter wasn't clean, as people use the counter when they add spice to their food, yes is not going to be clean for the duration of the day, but it's 12 midday, alot of people used that counter - can't they even wipe it down every 30 minutes or an hour. Find the manager apologized, not a real apology by the way, just to get rid of her!

Now as we walking out, this guy in PnP uniform approaches me and his like which side did you pay? I look around and his yes you, which side did you pay at tell him well there is only one side with tills isn't it. Now bcz we all shop there, my other colleague Larissa aproaches and asks Sisonke what's going on, I tell her this guy is asking where I paid. So basically he was implying I did not pay, now Larissa is still talking to me, does he not force himself in the conversation then Larissa tells him, I'm not talking to you I don't know what you're talking about but I wasn't speaking to you. Does he click his tongue and walks away. Now if you know where the tills are in the Strand Street you'll understand how humiliating it was for someone to approach a person like that, in from of other customers standing in the queue and the staff and other people in the centre or mall - bcz at this point we standing just outside the exit!!!!!!!!!

I've heard people's bad experiences about this PnP specifically and they've confirmed it!!!!!!
