The workshop Durban pick n pay no regard for customers
The workshop Durban city center branch, at such a busy time, we wait in line and the teller Prudence D and her colleague Zinhle from the bakery or Butcher make the customers wait while they withdraw. Money for Zinhle and when we as the paying customers who have been waiting in line request cash back, we do not get any as Prudence has given Zinhle R2000 and more... I believe the customers come first. Please address this behaviour
