THE SUNLIGHT PROMOTION IN STORE

I would like to first complain about bad attitude I received yesterday 16/9/2015 when I got to pick n pay store at the bridge in Johannesburg cbd .I wanted to buy the sunlight washing soap that was on promotion and they were out of stock and I came across a lady security guard whom i asked if there will be more stock coming the next day and she responded by saying she does not know then went to the customer care side where there was no one to assist customers at 5 oclock in the afternoon when business is booming in Johannesburg,i then approached the other male security guy n asked if there is any staff member assigned in the customer care and he said there was none and he refered me to a lady called Nonny who i think is one of the seniors in the store but unfortunately her name tag only had a name not her designation, i asked her about the promo and there conditions thereof and she told me the promo will run till sunday but no specifications if its while stock last and assured me that a truck will get more stock the nextday and it will be in the shelves from 10 oclock in the morning 17/9/2015 i have been in the shop from 10am-12:30 pm and was told to try the nextday.horrible servic
