The smart shopper points *****

Hi Pick N Pay it is me again. I have a smart shopper card and whilst it saves me some money, I like to collect my points and use them as I please. I was hoping to buy something nice only to find that R300 of my points have been spent - where and how. In the past if I use my points I must sign a slip - this time however no slip, no signing just gone. I placed a call to the call centre 3x and nothing has been done, I simply get told that it has been escalated and there is a back log. How long does it take to catch a *****. Come on guys, jack it up already!!!
