Went there a week or so ago, I'm blessed at the moment with the use of a crutch, thus has one hand to push the trolley with. After loading some items into the trolley the one front wheel of the trolley developed a mind of its own stubbornly pulling to the one side. An employee by the name of Gule saw my predicament and offered to go and collect a replacement trolley for me which he promptly did. Loaded the items into the replacement trolley and all were fine. I thanked him profusely and he proceeded to take the rebellious trolley to the "back to get sorted out". I were a bit dumbfounded by his courteous intervention, not seen much at this day and age. I hope his employer appreciate a staff member of his caliber.
