The service was at the lowest

Good day

I visited Pick n Pay at Newtown on the 11th October 2017. To my surprise when I was about to pay they was only one teller open and the other one was at the cigarettes counter which allows only five items. I had to drop other items to accommodate 5 items , to my surprise the lady behind the counter told me she cant help me because she is knocking off at 6pm and the time was 17H55. I had to go back and stand on the que to wait for the one teller.

I asked the teller what is happening and she told all the tellers knock of at 6pm but the shop closes at 7pm.

For a shop as big as big as Pick n Pay I was really disappointing. I hope the management can do something about this. I have photos to back up what i am saying even my family did not believe me until they saw the photos.
