The price you pay is not the advertised price

Pick n Pay advertised Beef or Ostrich mince at R49.00 kg. The beef mince at Randridge Mall was marked at R52.99 kg . The only Ostrich mince to be found was in prepacks of 500g. This was queried with the butcher who provided me with a prepack of 500g. When going through the till, the price charged was R34.99 for 500g. This was immediately queried with the cashier who did not understand the problem. The manager was called and immediately questioned the cashier without greeting me or giving me a second look. He was shown the brochure and immediately rep**** that the special offer app**** to other Ostrich mince packed differently which did not exist and not to the prepack given to me by the butcher, The manager then passed a credit for R34.99 without any apology or explanation. What a disappointment . I was really looking forward to Ostrich mince. And that is the reason why I would rather shop at Northgate which is further away. At least Northgate gives good service. The attitude at Randridge mall sucks.
