The Pick & Pay store where you wait for ages to pay and you cannot pick.

I had the unfortunate priviledge to go to the P&P store in the Vaal Mall three times this week, Every single time it has been a arduous mess. It seems like the management of the store cannot quite make up their minds, and are not being told, or cannot determine for themselves, when peak times are. Every single time during peak times, the store is stuck with the least amount of cashiers. The space between the isles and the cashiers are litters with stacks of useless promotional **** that is just in the way. It takes forever to get to the cashiers as the ques go into the isles, and this makes it practically impossible to get to certain products. To add insult to injury, the store management thinks that peak times are a good time to close down cashiers to cash up. During peak times, you do not remove a cashier from the area without replacing that cashier with another. If the store management is not able to logically deduce these simple things, then I would recommend that they get someone that can train them on logical thinking and client service. Fix your Vaal Mall store for it is a mess!
