The MOST ********** service ever
Today at 08:36 I was cashing up some items I purchsed at PNP Brixton. The cashier was Lindiwe Nkosi. Her attitude, her service, her work ethic was totally disgusting and appalling. She never greeted me, never smiled just grabbed my items and scanned them. If she is having a bad day she should not take it out on the customer. Half way whilst scanning my items she said something in Zulu and walked away to another till for 5 minutes. I DONOT understand Zulu, I have not idea what was her problem. She than comes back no apology and continues scanning my items. I had to ask for packets she never offerred and than she takes my items and stuffs it in the packet. She put perishables (cheese) with Omo and Sunlight, really now???? My experience with this store today has left quite a bitter taste in my mouth and I shall reconsider ever visiting this store again. You can check your camera recordings even ask the security guard at the door as he greeted and I told him he should teach her to greet... Utterly appalled with the service or lack thereoff. We as a customer pay her salary she is not doing us a favor.
