The last straw

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I had very unpleasant experience at the Pick n Pay at Chili Lane.<br />It seems that every time I get there, there are queues. 10 tills but only about 3 being manned. It gets even worse at the Liquor Pick n Pay next door, during peak hours especially.</p> <p>Tonight, I complained to the manager at Pick n Pay, Ronny, and he was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in a business / professional environment. After I was treated so poorly, I told him I will be taking photo's every time I see this happen and post it on Facebook. His reply: "You go do that."</p> <p>Thus, I will be taking photos every time I see a queue with limited personnel helping customers and posting it on Facebook until this is resolved.</p> <p>I've never had an issue like this at the Spar up the road and when I told Ronny I will send people there, again he said: "You go do that."</p> <p>I do not appreciate the interaction and experience and really feel this needs to be addressed.</p>
