The horror that Pick n Pay employs

on the 9th of April 2018, I went to Pick n Pay Chris Hani crossing in Vosloorus to pay a bill, while patiently standing in the money market queue both tills where fully functioning one of the tellers Prudence M. Selamolela was searching for bus prices for the other teller while customers where waiting inline thats the first issue I had the tell made me wait while they were search for personal information during work hours , secondly while waiting a man cuts the line and i tell Prudence M. Selamolela that i was before this man and i should be served first , she than tells me with an attitude Ive already scaned his item do you want me to call the supwrvisor I said yes call the supervisor as you and this man have no respect. She doesnt call the Supervisor and continues to serve the guy. I than ask for the managers name no one knows who the manager is could be Prudence or Nomakosi to only find out the apparent manager was the one serving me after looking at my slip, and these are the people who work everyday at Chris Hani Pick n Pay. The amount of disrespect we receive from workers in Pick 'n pay Chris Hani is disgusting and unnecessary, the majority of customers often have to pack their own food, and than we have to encounter childish, rude and utterly useless people like Selamolela. We work as well and leave whatever stress that we have at home but find ourselve arguing with people because their company's do not teach customer service s****s to their employees. As one of the most supported brands shouldnt customer services s****s be a number 1 priority, how are tellers hired if they cant treat each and every customer with respect, how is it possible that a store/floor manager not visible or unknown by the staff under him/her. Why are people like Selamolela still employed at pick and pay? Are supervisors in Pick n Pay Chris Hani so busy that they cant be called by the teller to dispute an issue. That experience left a bitter impression of Pick n Pay Chris Hani Vosloorus. All of this could have been avoided if Pick n Pay truely understood customer care , are customers only heard when videos are made public? Never again will I visit pick n pay Chris Hani completely a waste of your time and enegry ( you will leave pick n pay bitter and angry trust me)
