The employees working are terrible

I work in the same centre as PNP Douglasdale & every time I go there it seems that I am always getting the food or milkshakes that are sour and off. I also refuse to go there and complain or let them know because there manage, supervisers and staff (working on tills) are more interested in making fun and laughing at a customer then helping them. Today will be the last day I will support this branch.
