The chicken is always off!!

I run a small food business and I buy fresh chicken from pick n pay in carletonville. I have never had a problem with pick n pay carletonville mall. My issue is with the pick n pay hyper in carletonville. 4 to 5 times I've had to throw away chicken because it was off when I got home. Twice I've phoned the manager and once I had the time to go back for the refund. In most cases I have to get home and start cooking so I do not have the time to go back and have it replaced, I'll have to make a quick plan to get more chicken form the pick n pay at the mall which always has fresh meat. This is incredibly annoying. A few weeks ago It was hamburger buns. Bought them in a hurry on friday the 5th. Checked on Saturday and they were green, sell by date was the 4th. Honestly....they have to get it together.
