On the 5th of April 2022 after being frustrated from the previous day because of miscommunication my daughter and I decided to go into pick 'n pay maponya mall and that was the best decision ever.You have brilliant friendly and well informed staff members I have ever had the pleasure of being meeting.After being sent from pillar to post by someone else your stuff members treated us with respect and dignity.If I could I would clone all 3 of them for each store to have they deserve acknowledgement and bonuses.They know why they are in the shop and do their jobs with smiles they are for keeps.Well done ladies a lot more people can do with the way you approach customer service.They are cashier Makhado cashier Kefiloe Modibedi and Ntombizinhle Zwane.
