The bad service I got from a cashier

The bad service I got from a cashier(patient) at PnP Mall of Africa. On the 19/10/2023. On my Lunch time I went to PnP. To buy my self-lunch and ask for cash Back.

After waiting for about 15 minutes on the line. I paid and I asked for Cash back. She told me she doesn’t have. I asked her to ask the next Cashier.

She also did have. The she told me I should and stand at another line maybe they will have. Because the is nothing she can do . I asked her to call a supervise or manager. she said there are not managers or supervises. The are having a meeting. But the was a lady that I know is a manager. She was just standing. I asked her to call that manager. The cashier said that lady is going to lunch. Will not be able to help me.
