Thats how they just take your money !

My friend bought me shoes R169.99, it didnt fit, i returned them and swopped them for correct size, new shoes costed R179.99. I had to pay in R59.99. Lets do the maths. I should have paid R10.00, but paid R59.99 then i queried it and the lady rudely said there is nothing i can do for you shoes were just marked down to R129.99. So they already took R50.00 that they were not entitled to - difference between new shoes and marked down price but I paid R59.99 so where did the other R9.99 go ? Then i asked to see the slip and I am not allowed to as i did not come in with a slip (as it was a gift)

So do the maths .. if Pick n Pay takes R59.99 from say only a few customers in a month... ???!!!
