Thato, the fuming manager

Hi, Pick n Pay Morning Side, a lady called Thato, she calls herself a manager, insulted me and told me that black customers don't respect her. What kind of respect is that? This girl was shouting at me in-store today yelling at me. I asked to speak to the store manager, they refused to give me the contact details. I am ****ed up and ****ed off right now. So I went in to buy some stuff, so the till I was at was busy with lotto, because there were no people, I went to another till, Maphuti then told me she will get a warning, trying to understand why she would get warning for my own decision, then Thato came in, she was already fuming, I have never seen such incompetence in my life, a whole manager shouting, and making reference to races of customers.

So she went to the office, explained this to her colleagues, she was still fuming, I went to ask to speak to her manager, to which another manager came and I asked for the Branch or Regional Manager's numbers, and they refused to provide such.

Two things, I demand apology in writing from this ruthless angry manager called Thato, secondly you must organise a nice anger management course for her.

I also want to speak to the Regional Manager regarding this altercation. I will also seek legal advise on how to deal with this kind of attacks. Thato must really get enrolled for emotional intelligence course, I pledge to o pay for her studies.

Please make sure that the Regional Manager gets hold of me.
