Thanks pick n pay birchleigh for poor service

On the 16th June made a purchase at pick n pay and lost my purse with my whole life in it,e.g credit cards, ID, drivers licence e.t.c. As the last place I used my purse in before noticing it was missing i made attempts from calling to eventually going personally on the 18th to make a request that management check the footage gave the date,time and description of what i was dressed in. To this day no one ever bothered to call me from this branch. So sad this is the branch with a 2min walk from my home or I'd have never set my foot in that establishment. Very sad about my loss but mainly frustrated about how pick n pay failed to just shed a light on a very simple request.
