Thanks and Compliments to the General Manager

My sincere thanks to Mr Gavin Warner for going out of his way to source out of stock items at other locations.<br> Apparently the branches are supp**** via a central computerised ordering system. This does not seem to work. In one instance, Pinelands was taken off the delivery list for this item for no apparent reason. In the other instance, Pinelands had not stock of Horlicks while the Ottery Hyper had 94 units of this item. Go figure.<br> Mr Warner arranged for the Horlicks to be collected at the Hyper and delivered to Pinelands. That is good customer service. <br> I suggest Pick 'n Pay has a look at their central ordering department.
