Thankful for timely and caring intervention by Elisha & Kevin

Elisha and Kevin from PicknPay Bluff attended to a long standing issue I had with the Bluff branch. I was invited to a meeting with them. Elisha was very helpful and approachable. I explained the difficulty I experienced with the Branch and what had forced me to complain about the store. Both of them listened to how I felt and understood why I was harsh in my criticism. I also understood their point of view and together, we were able to overcome and get past the previous challenges. Thank you Elisha and Kevin for helping to resolve this issue and for your patience and understanding. I am very happy with Elisha's conflict resolution skills and how she managed this meeting with ease and to the satisfaction of the store and of us as customers. I felt very comfortable and at ease with both Elisha and Kevin. This is the beginning of a healthier and better relationship and I look forward to continuing our loyal support of PicknPay Bluff.
