Thank You P'nP.

Going that extra mile in Service is what my recent experience with the Pick'n Pay Family Store in Lorraine PE. Assistant Till Controler Wilmarie was available when I needed an answer. Pick 'n Pay Supermarkets Nationally has extended their trading hours to accommodate Senior Citizens and Pensioners (usually the same category) during this unusual Lockdown and limited buying. The Stores especially open at 7 am. to allow the Pensioner an hour head start before regular shoppers. This kind and generous gesture on behalf of Pick'nPay are because of the Senior's disabilities to jostle and swift movers as the regular abled-bodied customer. Thank you P'nP. Also, another reason why I like to now shop at P'nP is their Customer Service. Wilmarie has been well trained to see to the Customers needs or queries as best she can and ask a senior supervisor if needs be. In a "flash" she came to the Cashiers, to sort out the problem. Upon which she asked if there was anything she was able to assist with. As everyone knows, Face Mask, Hand Sanitizers are in great demand that most stores, even specialized stores are hard-pressed to keep their shelves stocked. She with a regrettable voice told us that unfortunately, their suppliers are also hard-pressed to have stocks to deliver.
