THANK YOU PICK 'N PAY HYPER, FICHARDTPARK

A BIG thank you to the friendly and super helpful staff of Pick 'n Pay Hyper, Fichardtpark, Bloemfontein. I bought a school bag in November and put it aside for 2022, when I took it out on Monday, 3 Jan, I noticed it wasn't stitched properly. I didn't keep the receipt. I went to the "returns" counter and asked if they could check on my Smart Shopper history for the purchase as I don't have the receipt. The lady escorted me very friendly to the "information" counter where they assisted me (also very friendly) to obtain a copy of the receipt and back to the "returns" counter the lady helped me and the school bag was returned within 10 minutes.

I dreaded returning the school bag without the receipt, but they definitely assisted with patience and smiles.
