I recently went to Pick 'n Pay, Northgate branch in JHB, Randburg. I needed something that was just way too far/ on top. So an employee walks past me, I ask for assistance and he promises to come back to me which he did not.

I then walk over to some gentleman and ask him the same thing. He stopped whatever he was doing, got a ladder and got the item for me. There was no pricing on the item, I didn't even ask him to assist with that but he went and got the price for me. What a sweet helpful gentleman... Thank you Sir Patric :).
