I went to the Crescent Umhlanga branch this morning for some work breakfast goodies and Cheese and Savoury Rolls ; I bought sliced chicken polony at the Deli as the lady at the counter told me there was no smoked chicken in store ; on my way to pay - a lady named Pat from the Butcher section ( in an apron pushing a trolley of prepacked meat to stock the fridge ) came to me as she overheard the conversation and took me to a fridge that had smoked chicken which I then purchased added to my basket - THANK YOU PAT for your kind and most helpful ways - you add value to the store by caring for the customer
