A huge thank you to Monica at Pick n Pay Midrand (Boulders) for providing the best customer service I've experienced! For over a year, my Smartshopper card was not working. When I got to Monica's till, she generously offered to help, even using her own mobile data to troubleshoot the problem. Her outstanding effort and willingness to go the extra mile are commendable!
