With my online shopping I had purchased items that were incorrect, eg instead of box nescafe cappuccinos something else. boxes all look relatively the same.

Sent my housekeeper into Benmore branch, initially I spoke to a lady who was adamant that I had to call on line shopping to come collect via the app etc..... That would have been the last time I ever used the service!

But when I asked for a number so I could speak to someone else Jeff took the call and suggested he could give me a gift card loaded with my credit. What a pleasure and how lucky you are Pick 'n Pay Benmore to have such a kind, quick thinking, problem solver on your Team.
